Steve was the 3 home inspection company I called. He had the absolute best rates of all 3 and the most knowledge of the property we were having inspected. Unlike the other companies he asked for address right away and pulled it up to look at it.
I called on a Friday before 4th of July weekend, of the 3 companies he was able to fit us in the quickest and also had the beat rates.
We needed a radon raidon inspection and he was able to get that set up before our inspection date. The day of our inspection we got all 3 reports we needed with in a few hours of leaving the property.
I was extremely worried I would not be able to read or understand the inspection report but that was not the case. Steve’s report was very well done. Easy to understand, clear what was a safety issue and what could be handled later. During the inspection he took the time to go over each and everything with us as well so once we got the report there were not any surprises.
