Steve was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience informative without being overly stressful. We were impressed by his scrutiny and thoroughness in assessing every aspect of the home. He inspected things that I would have never thought to check.
He uses a thermal imaging camera and a drone camera to inspect the interior and roof, respectively.
A+ would have him inspect again.
